Sarah Paulson told Graham Norton about the moment she realised nobody at the Met Gala cared about her
BBC BBC
IT’S HARD TO dislike Sarah Paulson.
She seems like serious craic from her appearances on Ellen and let’s not forget about that ridiculous interview she gave with Cate Blanchett a while ago. She has acted in massive titles, including American Horror Story, 12 Years a Slave, Desperate Housewives and most recently… Ocean’s 8.
Last night, some of the biggest stars of the new heist movie appeared on Graham Norton’s sofa to share a few stories. Sarah Paulson decided to talk about an embarrassing moment she had at this year’s Met Gala.

The 43-year-old actress pulled up to the function, got out of her car and walked up the red carpet. It didn’t take long for her to realise that nobody was taking her photo. Helena Bonham Carter asked Sarah “What were you wearing?” and Sarah insisted “I was wearing something nice.”
Concerned about the fact that nobody was interested in her, Sarah Paulson turned around and quickly realised why…
The person ahead of her in the queue was Madonna. Fair enough.
The paparazzi were taking so many photos of Madonna, that they managed to snap a photo of Sarah Paulson’s reaction to realising she was behind Madonna.

Yep. Madonna tweeted Sarah Paulson’s reaction, too. Sarah said that the fact that Madonna shared this photo was the “only saving grace” for her embarrassment.
